Who is Covered? 

This warranty applies only to the original consumer who purchases new or recertified Reebok products from the following authorized outlets and is non-transferable:

Authorized third parties approved by Vitalist and its distribution/reseller partners. 

Vitalist Reebok Limited Warranty 

Subject to the exclusions below, Vitalist Inc., licensed by Authentic Brands Group, warrants that NEW Reebok products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years (or the minimum period required by law) from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser. Accessories have a one (1) year warranty from the original purchase date. 

For Reebok recertified products, the warranty is one (1) year from the original purchase date by the first consumer. 

After repair or replacement, the warranty period is the remainder of the original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. 

If your product is not functioning properly: 

  • Consult the User Manual or Quick Start Guide; 
  • Visit www.support.reebok.com. 

What Does This Warranty Cover? 

Vitalist guarantees that the product, certified product, or accessory sold for use with the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for the periods outlined above. This is your exclusive warranty and is non-transferable. 

Warranty Exclusions: 

Normal Wear and Tear: Maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts due to normal use are not covered. 

Batteries: Only batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% or that leak are covered. 

Abuse & Misuse: Defects or damage due to improper operation, storage, misuse, accident, neglect (e.g., cracks, scratches), contact with liquids, heat, dirt, commercial use, or abnormal conditions are excluded. 

Non-Vitalist/Reebok Products: Defects or damage caused by non-authorized products or accessories are not covered. 

Unauthorized Service or Modification: Repairs or modifications made outside authorized service centers void coverage. 

Altered Products: Products with removed or altered serial numbers, broken seals, tampering evidence, mismatched serials, or non-original parts are excluded. 

Communication Services: Failures related to communication services or signals used with the product are not covered. 

Software & Services: Vitalist does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and does not cover embedded software or related services. 

Vitalist is not responsible for loss or damage during product return shipping. 

Exceptions 

Gifted items must be registered for warranty by the recipient, who must meet the warranty requirements. 

Remedies 

If a defect arises and a return authorization is received within the warranty period, Vitalist will, at its option and as permitted by law: 

  • Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts; or 
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product. 
  • Shipping and handling fees may apply unless prohibited by law. 
  • If the returned product is found not defective, it will be returned at the customer’s expense. 
  • This warranty is valid only where Vitalist or its authorized resellers sell the products and to the extent permitted by applicable laws. 
  • Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. 

Availability of Repair Facilities and Spare Parts 

Reebok products may include complex components that may not be repairable outside Vitalist factory conditions. Repairs may involve replacement by refurbished goods of equivalent type. 

Repair or replacement may result in loss of user data. Customers should back up or erase data before sending the product. Vitalist is not responsible for data loss. 

How to Obtain Warranty Service? 

To obtain warranty service or information, contact our Customer Support Team via chat or submit a request with the following: 

  • Product or accessory; 
  • Product serial number; 
  • Original proof of purchase (receipt) showing date, place, and seller; 
  • Product registered for warranty; 
  • Product does not fall under any warranty exclusions; 
  • Written description of the problem; 
  • Your address and phone number. 

Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and may request a short video showing the issue. If the issue cannot be identified through troubleshooting, the return for analysis won’t be processed. 

Analysis can take up to 10 business days. Warranty service applies only to products purchased from authorized outlets. 

If no defect is found, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense or recycled. 

Vitalist reserves the right to replace defective products with the same or comparable model. 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete warranty agreement between you and Vitalist regarding your purchase and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
