To help us assist you as quickly and effectively as possible, please follow these guidelines when contacting our support team.

What to Include in Your Support Request

When emailing support, please provide the following information: 

Invoice or Proof of Purchase 

Include a clear copy or photo of your invoice, receipt, or order confirmation. This helps us verify your purchase and warranty status. 

Product Serial Number 

Locate the serial number on your product or packaging and include it in your message. This is essential for identifying the specific item. 

Detailed Description of the Issue 

Explain the problem clearly. Please include: 

  • When the issue started 
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred 
  • Any error messages or unusual behavior 

Photos or Videos (if applicable) 

Attach clear photos or videos that demonstrate the issue. Visual evidence can greatly speed up diagnosis and resolution.
