If your use of the Services or disclosure of certain information to Vitalist would violate any applicable law, your right to use the Services and/or disclose such information is revoked. Vitalist will comply with any court order so long as it is lawful in Canadian courts. No other requests for access to Personal Information from any party will be honored without a Canadian court order or permission from the owner of the account, properly validated.
